We will accept orders from customers who wish to pay with money orders or cash. Please email your order and ship to address to order@kaboomballoons.com and your order total will be calculated and an invoice will be emailed to you. The email will include our payment address. To pay via Paypal, select this option at the end of the checkout process. We must process your order prior to calculating the shipping charge. Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the package and the ship to location. Therefore, your total received during the check out process will not include shipping charges. A seperate Paypal invoice for the shipping charge will be sent after the order has been processed.

Yes. All international packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. If you would like a shipping quote, please email us a list of items that you would like to purchase and we will provide you with a quote of approximate shipping costs. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Yes. All domestic packages are shipped in a USPS Priority envelope or box. International packages are shipped in either a USPS Priority envelope/box or in a plain brown box. The return label for both domestic and international shipments will read "KBI".

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the package and the postal zone in which the package is being shipped. Therefore, the shipping charges can only be calculated and added after the order is received.

If a color choice is available for an item, it will be listed in the drop down menu. If a color choice is not listed in the drop down menu, the colors will be chosen by KBI.

We send Electronic Online Gift Certificates via email to your designated gift recipients. Recipients, in turn, can redeem the certificates for merchandise with online purchases at this Website. Electronic Online Gift Certificates: • Are sent electronically via email • Arrive within hours of purchase Please note: No discounts may be applied to purchases of Electronic Online Gift Certificates. Remember, these Gift Certificates have no expiration date! We have just converted to a new website and the Gift Certificate payment option has not been added yet. To redeem a gift certificate, send a list of items that you would like to order and your ship to address to order@kaboomballoons.com. If you have enough funds on the gift certificate to cover the cost of your order plus shipping you will not be required to provide alternate payment information. If you do not have enough funds on the gift certificate to cover the cost of your order plus shipping you will be required to pay the remaining balance by any of our accepted payment methods. Any unused portion of the gift certificate will remain as an in store credit and can only be used on the KaBoom Balloon Importers website. This gift certificate is not redeemable for cash and it is non transferable.
