The free shipping offer for orders of $100 or more does not apply to sale or clearance items and is only valid for customers located within the United States. To receive the free shipping offer your order must contain $100 or more of regular priced items.
Ka-Boom Balloon Importers reserves the right to choose the carrier on orders that qualify for FREE shipping. This offer does not include Express Mail or Next Day delivery fees. If you would like to upgrade to Express Mail or Next Day delivery we will charge only the difference in price.

SALES TAX
RETURN POLICY
Please check your order when you receive it to make sure it's correct, and examine all the balloons to make sure they are not defective. We double check your order and balloons before we send them out but in rare occasions we have missed one. Defective balloons must not be inflated, and popped balloons will NOT be accepted. KaBoom Balloon Importers must approve all returns in advance. If you would like to return any of our products, please send an email to sales@kaboomballoons.com within 2 days of the receipt of your order and include your order number and an explanation of why you would like to return the product. A store credit is subject to evaluation of the returned item. Store credits can only be used towards future purchases with KBI. Returns will be accepted up to 10 days from the shipment date.
Undamaged Balloons:
1. Undamaged merchandise must be returned in the original sealed package.
2. Partial bags will not be eligible for credit.
3. Only the cost of the balloon (less any discounts received) will be credited. Shipping charges are non refundable. Shipping charges to return or replace the item will also not be credited.
4. A store credit will be issued upon our inspection of the returned items.
5. For undamaged, non-defective balloons a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. (this fee does not apply to returns for damaged or defective items)
6. Orders cancelled after being process will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Balloons:
1. If you have received defective product that you would like to return we must be notified by email within 2 days of the receipt of your order.
2. All defective balloons being returned must be intact or unused. Inflated or popped balloons will not be eligable for credit.
3. Only the cost of the balloon (less any discounts received) will be credited. Shipping charges are non refundable. Shipping charges to return or replace the item will also not be credited.
4. A store credit will be issued upon our inspetion of the returned item. The item must be returned to us so we can send it back to the manufacturer for a potential refund.

SHORTAGE AND ORDER DISCREPANCY POLICY
All shortages and order discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless otherwise requested. Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days after payment has been received. If we are unable to ship an order within 3-4 business days after receiving payment email notification will be sent.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
KaBoom Balloon Importers will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that occur during shipping. If you would like a signature confirmation or insurance, please request these services at the time of order placement. There will be an additional fee for these services. These services are not included in our FREE shipping offer.
All claims for packages scanned as delivered and not received should be claimed with the shipping company. Refunds or replacements will not be issued from us for lost or stolen packages. If theft is a problem, please request signature confirmation or insurance on your package at the time of order placement.
KaBoom Balloon Importes will only charge sales tax on orders made from customers who live in Illinois. Sales tax is charged at a rate of: 8%. All sales from outside the state of Illinois or outside the U.S. will not be required to pay sales tax of any kind.
