It has an on off switch and has brighter lighting due to the raised dome.  Innovative tecnologies in lighting products now allow also for these lights to be used in under water displays , inside flower vases, swimming pools, fountians , even dispersed on your front lawn or any grassy area, it is a siimple decoration that adds class to any event area. The balloon lights have a hook on the end of their casing so therefore they can be worn as jewelry, or even hung in mid air by a string for decorations , Balloon lights are space age lights that open up all kinds of special lighting possibilities.
